• Must be licensed to practice as RN in the state.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and references.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, topical, IV, and injectable medications.
• Perform wound care, manage pain, and apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments, track changes, and analyze data.
• Create, update, and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate families and residents about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed health records documenting status, care, progress and interactions.
• Oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.
