Job summary

Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Dialysis department. This FULL TIME / SEASONAL PRN position offers 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week) with a $51/hour rate plus shift differentials and a $1,500 completion bonus.

As seasonal RN, you will assess patients, develop and evaluate care plans, and provide safe, therapeutic care in a fast-paced unit. Requirements include RN license, 2 years of relevant experience, BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in a relevant role is expected.
• A valid Registered Nurse license.
• The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Using good judgment and clinical reasoning, conduct thorough assessments following practice standards.
• Identify patient and family needs, then develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans accordingly. Make adjustments as needed.
• Creating safe, therapeutic environments for patients, families, and staff.
• Managing emotional and physical pain to promote recovery and prevent unnecessary suffering.

Education
