Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced RN to lead the Home Therapies program at our Cheviot, Ohio site. Provide day-to-day oversight, ensure quality patient care, train staff, and coordinate with management to meet regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes supervision of non-exempt staff, patient care from admission to discharge, and ongoing training for home dialysis equipment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (state), CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Successfully complete a training course in dialysis therapies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills: communication, customer service, performance management, quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective delivery of home dialysis therapies to patients.
• Manage program profit and loss and meet budgets and KPIs.
• Direct patient care from admission to discharge with staff guidance.
• Assess home environment and train patients/caregivers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Support patient experience initiatives and uphold company values.
