Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Nurse Manager for the Home Therapies program in Ohio. You will oversee daily operations, provide training, and coordinate with center staff to ensure high-quality patient care for home dialysis services.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR certification, and dialysis experience. You will supervise staff, manage safety and compliance, and drive patient satisfaction and outcomes in a hands-on setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.). Current appropriate state licensure.
• Successfully complete CPR Certification
• Minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills including communication, customer service, performance management and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day program operations and supports growth of the Home Therapies program.
• Provides safe oversight, training and scheduling of home dialysis therapies.
• Manages program profit and loss and key performance indicators.
• Directs patient care from admission to discharge for Home Therapies patients.
• Ensures patient and caregiver readiness for home dialysis and trains on equipment use.
