Job summary

Community Care Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for North End Ranch Developmental Services to provide nursing coordination and medical oversight within a long‑term residential program.

The RN will train direct care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Medical Director and program leadership. This is a 30‑hour-per‑week, full‑time position in a group home setting, requiring VT RN licensure and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Associates in nursing per role requirements.
• Licensed RN in Vermont and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Minimum two years nursing experience and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing services and medical oversight in the residential program.
• Train and supervise direct care staff on medical interventions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and complete documentation.
• Oversee medication management, eMAR entries, and injections as needed.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and North End Ranch Manager.
• Educate staff on medications, side effects, and health conditions.
• Support coordination of preventive and ongoing medical/mental health care.
• Participate in required trainings and quality improvement initiatives.
