Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure cohesive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required.
