Senior Living Residences is seeking an RN Designee, Nurse Manager in Farmington. You will design and manage a comprehensive care program for residents across traditional assisted-living and dementia-care neighborhoods, supervise CNAs, and liaise with families, physicians, and community partners.
On-call responsibilities are included to support staff and the community. Requirements include an RN from an approved nursing program and CT license, with prior experience in a senior community setting.

Available Shifts: Full Time – 40 hours per week with on‑call responsibilities.
Annual rate starting at $90,000.

The RN Designee manages, directs, and develops a comprehensive care program for all residents, including traditional assisted‑living residents and those in our specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia care neighborhood. The RN Designee oversees training and management of the CNAs and serves as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and care providers. This position requires on‑call responsibilities to support staff and community.
A passion for working with seniors, a collaborative mindset that values teamwork, excellent communication skills, a tech‑forward approach to daily operations especially in this "new normal", and an ability to maintain professional integrity and build trust, especially in challenging situations.
Requires an RN who is a graduate of an approved nursing program with a valid Connecticut nursing license or otherwise meets the requirements of Assisted Living regulations, or equivalent. Experience in a senior community environment and a means of transportation to complete assessments for new and returning residents is a MUST.
