Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a skilled RN for the Department Pool - Med Surg Neuro at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. The role requires night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) with weekend rotation every other weekend, and no on-call.

Eligible candidates hold an RN license with an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred. Qualified applicants will demonstrate independence in patient care, effective delegation, and ongoing professional accountability and development within a

• Associate's or Diploma Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Solid experience in acute care/med-surg with neuro exposure preferred.
