Job summary

BayCare is seeking an experienced RN for the Department Pool in the Renal/GI units on the day shift. You will independently care for a patient group using the nursing process and delegate tasks as appropriate to the healthcare team.

The role requires 18 months of acute care/specialty experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification, with ACLS preferred if required by the department. This pool position supports department needs and ongoing nursing development.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• Minimum 18 months of Acute Care/Specialty experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS if department requires.

Responsibilities

• Independently cares for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.
