BayCare Health System is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) at Morton Plant Hospital to provide nursing care and support with minimal supervision. As part of a dedicated team, you will apply the nursing process, maintain professional accountability, and pursue continuous development in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes evidence-based clinical care, collaboration with health care colleagues, and adherence to department-specific requirements such as BLS and ACLS when needed.

Qualifications

• RN license (active) and BLS certification.
• ACLS certification if required by department.
• 6+ months RN experience required; new grad RN or RN student may apply to Residency program.
