Job summary

Serenity Spring Senior Living at Arlington - Arlington is seeking an RN to lead our nursing team for 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining resident confidentiality, and supervising nursing assistants while delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited school of nursing
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Performs nursing functions within scope of licensure

• Strong nursing skills required

• Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings

• Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies

• Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations

• Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff

• Provide supervision and direction to nursing assistants
