Job summary

Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, KY is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time days and weekend team. You will deliver direct patient care, document and monitor patient status, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Requires an active RN license and BLS; one year of experience is preferred. Handle with Care certification is a plus, and you will participate in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Handle with Care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines (transfers, discharges, referrals, support needs).
• Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture and circumstances.
• Advocates for patient well-being and participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
