Qualifications

• LPN license required to practice in Minnesota.
• Experience providing direct resident care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients and administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepares equipment and assists provider during procedures, treatments, examinations, and testing.
• Observes, records, and reports patient’s condition and reactions to drugs and treatments.
• Oversees appointment scheduling and ensures timely patient flow.
• Greets patients and collects health history and vitals for exams.
• Educates patients on diagnosis, medications, nutrition, and wellness.
