Job summary

Avera Granite Falls Clinic is seeking an RN to provide professional nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, coordinate provider-led procedures, and support the clinic’s daily operations.

The role requires a Minnesota RN license and strong communication with patients and the care team. Expect a day shift schedule with rotating Saturday coverage and options for PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• Minnesota RN license required upon Hire.
• Strong clinical nursing skills and patient-focused care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Coordinate clinic patient care activities and assist providers during procedures.
• Prepare equipment and assist with examinations and testing.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Greet patients, collect health history, take vitals and prepare for exams.
• Respond promptly to patient questions with input from physician.
• Educate patients on diagnostic processes, medications, nutrition, and wellness.
• Maintain exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
