Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Louisiana RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Compassionate RN with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver optimal patient care to patients requiring skilled nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post surgical conditions.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care.
• Completes all documents timely.
• Provide orientation and in service to staff/personnel.
• Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution and complaint investigation.
