Job summary

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its care team. The role emphasizes listening, assessment, and delivering comprehensive patient care with a faith-based mission. A sign-on bonus is available and the unit requires a 30-minute call in a 1.0 day shift.

Minimum start pay is $34 per hour with opportunities for professional development. RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP may be required by unit-specific standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP depending on unit.
• Bachelor's preferred where stated.
• Assoc. degree acceptable per unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient status.
• Develop and implement plan of care; reassess and evaluate patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, quality care.
