Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and other health-related topics
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
