Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our mission-driven healthcare team. The RN will provide high-level clinical support and superior nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will drive patient-centered experiences through scholarly inquiry, compassion, advocacy, education for patients and families, and collaboration with all care team members.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Connecticut RN license required.
• Experience: Three to four years of related clinical and/or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Patient Care: Contributes to nursing care quality using improvement techniques.
• Excellent Communicator: Communicates effectively with colleagues, patients and families.
• Strong Educator: Educates patients and families for transparent care understanding.
