Job summary

Avera Family Medicine Yankton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients and families in a fast-paced clinic. You will coordinate with physicians and the health care team to deliver high-quality patient care and manage procedures, tests, and patient education.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care and administers medications per standards
• Prepares equipment and assists providers during procedures and exams
• Observes and reports patient condition and responses to treatments
• Manages scheduling and triage to maintain patient flow in clinic
• Greets patients, obtains history, takes vitals, and conducts nursing assessments
• Responds to patient calls with input from physician
