Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our 46-bed Medical-Surgical Unit on the day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). You will provide compassionate care to adult medical and post-surgical patients, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support treatment and recovery.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, active RN licensure, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the appropriate state
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• One year of relevant experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Provide evidence-based nursing care to adult medical and post-surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge needs.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
