Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; RN licensure by SC Board of Nursing or compact state.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS or Red Cross BLS required.
• Minimum of one year RN work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Direct and lead assigned team members with multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Coordinate care across services to improve patient outcomes and maintain safety.
• Maintain professional practice through governance, standards adherence, and peer review.
