Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized patient care within the General Surgery team in Columbia, SC. You will work under general supervision, applying nursing processes to deliver safe, effective care and collaborate with the health care team to achieve outcomes.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), SC license or compact state, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Current SC RN licensure or compact-state licensure.
• Current BLS certification required (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with health care team to achieve safe, effective outcomes.
