Glasgow Gardens in Glasgow, Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide compassionate patient care. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting physicians with procedures, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patients and families throughout admissions, transfers and discharges.

Qualifications

• RN Licensure is required.
• RN Experience of 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with team in planning and evaluating nursing care and patient activities.
• Assists with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Observes and reports vital signs and patient condition.
• Records observations on patient charts.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment for patients.
• Assists with unit management or acts as charge as assigned.
