Legacy Health and Rehabilitation in Pleasant Grove, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical skills in geriatric and rehabilitation care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
- Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
