Southern Health Partners is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. This full-time role offers a day-shift rotation and every-other-weekend schedule focused on direct patient care within a secure correctional setting.

You’ll administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and coordinate care with the healthcare team while maintaining thorough documentation and commitment to patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a secure correctional healthcare setting.
• Conduct nursing assessments, evaluate patient conditions, and recognize changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to coordinate patient care.
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies with sound clinical judgment and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and medical records.
