Louisville Gardens is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Day Shift at Louisville, Ohio. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, and contribute to comprehensive care plans in a supportive team setting.

Formación

• Must hold an Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete assessments and update care plans.
• Monitor and document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Follow all safety, infection-control, and documentation requirements.
• Help maintain a positive and respectful environment.
