Job summary

Louisville Gardens is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Night Shift in Louisville, OH. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and the facility has new management with a certification as a Great Place to Work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents following established protocols.
• Assess residents' health status and assist in developing personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly report changes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease management.
