Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the full-time Day Shift. You will provide high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The role includes assessments, care planning, med administration, EMR documentation, supervision of LPNs/CNAs, admissions coordination, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on safety and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, or senior living preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident care accurately in the EMR.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Summary:

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time Day Shift team in Riverside, MO. As a Registered Nurse with Pinnacle Point, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
