Mimbres Valley Medical Center in southwestern New Mexico is seeking a registered nurse to join our community hospital team. This full-time role supports the nursing process across inpatient and surgical services, with day shifts and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in the state of New Mexico.
• 2 years nursing experience in critical care or surgical services preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certification (or per policy on hire).

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established clinical practices.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.
