Job summary

Arbor Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation in Ferguson, MO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate nursing care on day shifts (7:00am–7:00pm). The role involves leading individualized care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with the care team to meet resident needs.

The position offers a 10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, PTO after 30 days, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement up to 5,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program and valid RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team.
• Effective communication with residents and families.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of nursing and implement physician orders.
• Lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document residents’ conditions and needs.
• Administer medications and start IVs.
• Assign care tasks to team members based on needs.
• Maintain supplies and equipment safety.
