Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care across age groups, following nursing standards and the Missouri Nurse Practice Act. The role includes a day shift (7am–7pm) with every other weekend and holidays, with an eligible sign-on bonus up to $20,000 or up to $30,000 in student loan repayment.

Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program, Missouri RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days for PCU.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved professional nursing program.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri as an RN (BLS required).
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire for Progressive Care Unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized age-appropriate patient care per established nursing standards.
• Adhere to Missouri Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
• Collaborate with care team under supervision of Charge Nurse and managers.
• Participate in day shift with every other weekend/holiday rotation.

Education
