Job summary
Oak Park Care Center in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in delivering high-quality senior care. Available shifts include days 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and nights 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
The RN will assess residents, implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team. We offer a $12,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates, competitive pay, PTO after 30 days, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000
Qualifications
- RN graduate required and licensure in good standing.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification required; ability to respond to emergencies quickly.
Responsibilities
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans.
- Assesses and documents residents’ conditions and nursing needs.
- Administers medications and starts IVs as prescribed.
- Accurately implements physicians’ orders in a timely manner.
- Assigns nursing tasks to team members based on patient needs.
- Maintains supplies and ensures equipment is clean and safe.
- Collaborates with the care team to exceed standards.
