Job summary
AdventHealth in Littleton, CO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time Day shift. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.
Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases through the Clinical Ladder program; sign-on bonuses of $10k (days) and $20k (nights) and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Must hold RN license and BLS.
Qualifications
- RN license required
- BLS certification required
- 1+ year acute care experience preferred
- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess patients across physiological, psychological, and social factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
