Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in New York.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and assist individuals physically.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to individuals in the Day Habilitation Program.
• Monitor and manage medications and health care needs.
• Establish professional relationships with healthcare agencies.

Skills

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to lift and maneuver individuals

Education

Licensed Registered Nurse by NYS Department of Education
