Job summary
CareCore at Montgomery is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 99-bed skilled nursing team in Cincinnati, OH. You will provide resident-centered care, administer medications, monitor changes in condition, and document accurately in PCC.

Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license.
- New graduate RNs encouraged to apply.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization and clinical skills.
- A team-focused attitude and commitment to quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the care team.
