Complete Care at Willow Creek is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and per diem opportunities. Join a newly renovated skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that values compassionate, resident-centered care and professional growth.

You will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote health and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to follow all regulatory and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering care.
• Communicate changes in resident condition with physicians and the care team.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
