Job summary

Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and follow individualized care plans in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay and a competitive hourly rate of $37–$46, plus benefits such as health, vision, dental, and 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered PA RN license is required.
• BLS Certification (CPR) is required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards of nursing practice and care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans created by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
