Talented Medical Solutions in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with CVOR experience for a 13-week, on-site assignment. Candidates must hold an Alabama RN license (or Compact) and have at least 18-24 months in CVOR settings, with strong communication skills and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Full-time, Contract, Temporary Day shift 13 weeks

In-Office | Tuscaloosa, AL, United States

Must live 50 miles outside of Tuscaloosa, AL

Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Shift is 5x8 40 hours weekly. Must Circulate.

Holidays as required. Every other weekend.

Plans, coordinates and directs quality, compassionate care by maintaining standards of professional nursing practice and creating positive therapeutic relationships with patients/families. Provides leadership to other team members by articulating and delegating expected standards of care, supervising and encouraging team members, and supporting their contributions. Supervises LPNs, PCAs, PCAs/US, US, Ortho Techs and other non-licensed staff.

Education - Required

• Associated degree in nursing

Certifications – Required

Or Red Cross

Licenses – Required

• Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses' accepted)

Experience - Required:

• 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty.
