Qualifications

• RN Licensure: Alabama or Compact (no temp licenses).
• Verified in NURSYS.
• 2 years of RN experience or 18 months with 1 year in specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a 42-bed Heart Failure & Stroke Unit.
• Manage complex cases alongside cardiologists and neurologists.
• Ensure patient safety with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Skills

At least 2 years of RN experience

BLS (AHA or Red Cross)

Compassionate patient care

Familiarity with neurological and cardiac conditions

Education
