Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for CVOR in Pueblo, CO. The 13‑week assignment runs days (6:30–15:00) with potential for Sunday–Tuesday shifts from 06:30 to 19:00. You will support vascular and general OR cases, maintain a 1:1 patient ratio, chart in Epic, and participate in on-call and weekend rotations.

ACLS, PALS, CO RN license and OR Compact RN license are required. Prior vascular/endovascular experience is essential and other service lines experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Endovascular/Vascular experience required; general OR experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, CO, OR Compact RN License certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient ratio of 1:1.
• Chart using Epic system.
• Floating to general OR as needed.
• On-call 1-2 times per week; weekend rotation every fourth weekend.
• Potential for Sunday–Tuesday shifts 06:30–19:00.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and code responses.

Description:The position is for an RN in the CVOR specialty.Shifts are Monday through Friday from 06:30 to 15:00, with a potential for Sunday through Tuesday from 06:30 to 19:00.On-call is required 1-2 times per week.Weekend rotation is every fourth weekend.General OR experience is preferred to assist with other specialties when there are no vascular cases.Candidates will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 1:1.Charting will be done using the Epic system.Floating to the general OR may be necessary based on unit needs.The unit provides care for a variety of patient diagnoses, including outpatient surgeries as well as acute and critically ill patients.Experience in other specialties will be beneficial, as nurses may help with other cases when the vascular or heart team is not performing procedures.Special procedures conducted in this unit include TAVRs twice a month.Nurses are expected to follow infection control protocols and participate in code responses as necessary.Candidates must have a strong skill set in Vascular surgeries, including Endovascular Aneurysm repairs and various types of fusions.All nurses must check their email regularly for communication related to modules and updates.Completion of facility-specific training is required in the first week of the assignment.This position entails teamwork and collaboration within an interdisciplinary support framework.
