Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an experienced CVOR RN in Wisconsin for a 13-week assignment. The role focuses on managing vascular procedures (EVAR, CABG, thoracotomies) with strong medication knowledge and teamwork in a high-pressure operating room.

Candidates must have 5+ years CVOR experience, ACLS/BLS certifications, and will face a demanding on-call schedule including weekends and holidays. Pending license accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage vascular cases (EVAR, CABG, thoracotomies, lung resections).
• Handle heavy on-call schedule (4–5 days/wk, every other weekend, holidays).
• Care for adult and geriatric patients in CVOR settings.
• Collaborate with OR team to maintain patient safety and protocols.
• Maintain NIHSS compliance and obtain required badge photo prior to start.

Description:Seeking an experienced CVOR RN with strong expertise.Candidates must be skilled in managing vascular cases, including endovascular aneurysm repair and coronary artery bypass grafting.Experience with a wide range of cardiac medications is essential.Position entails significant on-call responsibilities, with expectations for weekend and holiday coverage.Must be able to provide care to adult and geriatric patient populations.Preference given to those with prior hospital experience.Strong communication and teamwork skills are needed to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.Candidates must be prepared to handle complex procedures such as atrial septal defect repairs and transcatheter aortic valve replacements.A commitment to patient safety and adherence to protocols is required.This role demands flexibility and adaptability to changing situations within the operating room.Completion of NIHSS certification is required during compliance.A passport-style badge photo is necessary before the start of the position.References from supervisors will be required after the offer is accepted.The candidate must comply with all additional training and module requirements as specified.
