The role involves 8-hour shifts with a rotating call schedule, primarily daytime hours. RN license is required to qualify for this position, with contract and local rates varying by location.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Operating Room Supervisor, the OR RN maintains the health and welfare of a patient before, during, and after the surgical procedure. Through assessment of the patient and procedures, the OR RN anticipates the needs of the surgical team and provides such services while maintaining an aseptic and safe environment. The OR RN is a self-motivated professional and resource person who supports the mission and nursing philosophy of the organization.

Schedule

This position includes 8-hour shifts with a rotating call schedule, primarily during the day.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
