Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Surgical Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Globe, AZ. The role supports a range of surgical procedures across General Surgery, Orthopedics, OBGYN, Neurosurgery and more.

You will maintain a sterile field and ensure availability of instruments and equipment for operations. The position requires at least 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience, Neurosurgery exposure preferred, and a mandatory flu vaccine.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist is required.
• Experience in Neurosurgery preferred.
• Flu vaccine is mandatory - no exceptions.
• Candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius from the facility.
• No more than 3 days of requested time off per 13-week contract.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM with 7-10 days of call per month, including weekends.

Job Description

Join our team as a Surgical Technologist, responsible for assisting in a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will support the surgical team, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure that all necessary instruments and equipment are available for surgical operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures within the specialties of General Surgery, Orthopedics, Total Joints, Podiatry, OBGYN (including C-sections), Endoscopy, Neurosurgery, Robotics, ENT, and Cataract surgeries.
