Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses seeks a qualified Surgical Technologist with Cardiovascular Operating Room experience to join the team for a 13-week contract. The role requires assisting in procedures, maintaining a sterile field, and supporting the OR staff as needed.

Responsibilities include aiding in cardiac/vascular/thoracic/transplant surgeries, ensuring instrument sterility, and floating between CVOR and general OR. On-call duties are primarily for CVOR with some general OR coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), NBSTSA or NCCT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with cardiac, vascular, thoracic, transplant and general surgery.
