Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Clinic to oversee patient care in the Coumadin clinic, perform assessments, administer meds and vaccines, and document in EHR. You’ll collaborate with physicians, CMAs, LPNs, and broader teams to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient experiences.

The ideal candidate holds Minnesota RN license, BLS, clinic nursing experience, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced setting with a patient-centered focus.

Competenze

• AHA BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minnesota RN license.
• Previous clinic nursing experience.

A Day in the Life of an RN-Clinic

In this role, the RN oversees patient care, particularly in the Coumadin clinic, providing essential assessments, education, and interventions as per established protocols. Responsibilities include administering medications and vaccines, performing a variety of medical tests and procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR). The RN serves as a vital communication link between patients, physicians, and other healthcare departments, facilitating a seamless patient experience. Collaboration with other nursing staff, CMAs, and LPNs is crucial for maintaining efficient clinic operations and patient flow. Additionally, this role involves representing the nursing department in communal efforts like chronic disease management and Quality Committee meetings.

• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
