Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Omaha is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Omaha, NE. This full-time position offers 12-hour day shifts, with night shifts available, and a compensation range of $38.26-$51.50 per hour, plus shift differentials and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time days.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska (or applicable state).
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Document promptly and accurately using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
