Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to interpret the plan of medical care, assess clinical decision-making, and ensure safe and competent nursing care for patients.
This per diem position on a Magnet-recognized unit offers a collaborative environment with support from a dedicated team and opportunities to advance within the Mass General Brigham system.

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
