Loma Linda University Health is seeking an RN for the Critical Care Resource Team (CCRT) House Support role. This full‑time night position delivers advanced nursing care across emergency, ICU, step-down and acute areas for adults and children and may work throughout the organization as needed.

The position may require on-call and serves on rapid response teams; requires BSN, California RN license, BLS/ACLS, PALS and NRP within 90 days; CCRN preferred. A sign‑on bonus of up to $9,000 may apply.

Qualificações

• BSN required; ADN or Diploma acceptable for hires prior to 1 July 2020.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in adult intensive care or emergency nursing.
• Active California RN license; BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS and NRP required within 90 days of hire.
• CCRN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care across emergency, ICU, step-down, and acute units for pediatric and adult patients.
• Support Code Blue, Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, and Rapid Response teams.
• Transport critical and cardiac patients; assist with IV access and sedation support.
• Facilitate admissions, transfers and discharges; collaborate with bedside staff.
• Demonstrate professional nursing practice and documentation; participate in on-call rotation.
