Loma Linda University Health is seeking an RN-CCRT for night coverage to provide high-level care across emergency, ICU, and acute settings. The RN will participate in critical response teams and support patient transports, admissions and discharges across the system.

Must hold a BSN with at least three years in adult ICU or ER nursing; ADN or Diploma accepted if hired before 1 July 2020. On-call may be required; sign-on bonus up to $9,000 applies.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN or Diploma acceptable if hired before 1 July 2020.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in adult ICU or emergency nursing.

Responsabilités

• Provide care across emergency, ICU, step-down, and acute settings for pediatric and adult patients with complex medical conditions.
• Serve as a member of Code Blue, Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, and Rapid Response teams.
• Work across departments without a home unit; accept patient care assignments; assist with transports and patient lifts.
• Place difficult intravenous catheters and perform procedural conscious sedation support, expediting admissions, transfers and discharges.
