Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in the Philadelphia, PA area for a Level I/trauma capable hospital setting. You will rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and intervene with advanced care for unstable, critically ill patients.

You’ll manage life-support systems and participate in rapid response when needed. Requirements include ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, 1+ year ICU experience, ACLS preferred, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required or preferred
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1+ year in a critical care unit preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill and unstable patients
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
